SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION OF PAKISTAN

Legal Consultant in Corporate law Review Commission, a project launched by Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) to revamp the corporate laws in Pakistan. Resultantly, on proposal of the Commission, the parliament has approved Securities Act, 2015, Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2016 and Companies Act, 2017. These laws have replaced the out-dated old piece of legislation.
